REFUND POLICY
1. Digital services
All heroic-designs services are custom digital deliverables. Work begins after payment confirmation. Once project work has commenced, partial refunds apply based on work completed.
2. Cancellation before work starts
Full refund if cancellation is requested in writing within 24 hours of payment and before any project work has been initiated.
3. Cancellation after work starts
A pro-rata refund is calculated: total project fee minus the value of work completed at the time of cancellation, assessed in good faith. The minimum charge for work commenced is 30% of the total project fee.
4. EU right of withdrawal
EU consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. For digital services commenced with explicit consent before the 14-day period expires, this right is waived from commencement. By accepting these terms and proceeding to payment, you consent to immediate commencement of services.
5. Disputes
Contact hello@heroic-designs.com. Refunds are processed via Stripe within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
